摘要
本文对现有蒸汽流量测量中的密度补偿方法进行了讨论,提出了一种采用水和蒸汽热力学工业公式IAPWS-IF97进行密度补偿的方法。开发了相关物性参数的计算软件包,设计了以MSP430F149单片机为核心的蒸汽流量计算仪,分析了其硬件结构和软件整体设计思想。实验表明,在工业常用水蒸汽范围内所得饱和蒸汽密度平均相对误差小于0.05%,过热蒸汽密度平均相对误差小于0.08%。该方法克服了传统蒸汽流量仪表补偿不能适应工况大范围变化或不能满足精度要求的缺陷,提高了测量的精度。
Having discussed the traditional ways of density compensation on steam flow measurement, the paper presents a method of steam density compensation based on IAPWS Industrial Formulation 1997 for the Thermodynamic Properties of Water and Steam. The software for calculating the thermodynamic properties of water and steam is developed, an intelligent flow totalizer based on MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer is introduced, and the hardware composing and the outline of software design are analyzed. As a result of the experiment, according to the common scope of industry, the relative error of density of saturated steam is less than 0. 05% and the density of overheated steam is much less than 0. 08%. The method can be adopted in various conditions which can't be obtained in the traditional ways or to the specific accuracy;meanwhile this method increases the accuracy as well.
