摘要
为了解决长钻孔弯曲及塌孔问题,在分析钻孔弯曲的影响因素和弯曲机理的基础上,提出了优化组合钻具的施工方案,设计了套筒式稳定器及锥形刮刀钻头,并在鹤岗南山矿试验应用。结果表明:采用组合式钻具钻孔平均深度较改进前增加了71.92 m,瓦斯抽放稳定。
Directed at long drilling hole winding and collapsing hole, the paper, based on the analysis of the influential factors and bending mechanisms of hole crooking, introduces the design of the sleevetype stabilizer and the taper scraping bit, presents the construction program of optimization assembly drill- ing unit to tackle the long hole bend and collapse when drilling is performed, and highlights their successful uses in Nanshan coalmine in Hegang. The results show that the newly developed assembly drilling unit yields holes 71.92 m deeper on average than conventional one and what is more, the unit performs stable gas drainage.
