针刺对宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠脑组织胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察针刺对宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠脑组织胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达影响。方法对孕17、18d脂多糖(LPS)组大鼠腹腔注射LPS,建立宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠动物模型,以腹腔注射9g/L盐水为对照组。LPS组仔鼠随机分为针刺组与模型组,针刺组自7~21日龄予针刺干预。3组分别于生后21d取幼鼠脑组织应用免疫组织化学方法检测脑白质GFAP表达。结果针刺组GFAP免疫阳性细胞数量多,染色深;对照组GFAP免疫阳性细胞数量少,染色浅;模型组介于二者间。结论GFAP表达增加可能是针刺对宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠的治疗机制之一。 Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on cerebral glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) expression of brain injury caused by intrauterine iofeotion in neonatal rats. Methods Forty - thee Wistar pregnant rats were divided into 2 groups:lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (n = 35 )and normal saline( n = 8). Pregnant rats were consecutively injected intraperitoneally with LPS(450 μg/kg)or saline on gestation 17 d and 18 d. LPS group were randomly divided into acupuncture group and model group. Acupuncture group were given acupunctured from 7 d to 21 d. GFAP expression was assayed with immunohistochemical technique. Results The number of GFAP immunoreaction(IR) strongly-positive neurons in the cerebral white matter was more in acupuncture group,less in model group and only very weakly 1R- positive neurons were found in normal saline group. Condusion Acupuncture can up - regulate the expression of GFAP in the cerebral white matter, which may contribute to the effect of acupuncture in improving brain injury caused by intrauterine infection.
