摘要
目的:探讨麦冬皂苷对体外人软骨细胞增殖及其抗氧化作用的影响。方法:在成功分离培养人软骨细胞后,以MTT法检测软骨细胞活性及增殖情况。将浓度分别为1×10μmol/L及1×102μmol/L的麦冬皂苷作用于H2O2诱导后的软骨细胞,检测软骨细胞存活率以及培养液中超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结果:适宜浓度的麦冬皂苷可对抗H2O2降低软骨细胞生存率,并能升高培养液中超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结论:麦冬皂苷具有促进体外软骨细增殖及对抗H2O2损害软骨细胞的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of dwarf lilyturf tuber saponin on chondrocyte proliferation, survival and resist oxygenation. Method: We detect the activity of chondrocyte by MTT method after culture of chondrocyte. The different density saponin of 1 × 10μ mol/L, 1 × 10^2μ mol/L effects the induced chondrocyte by H2O2, both survival rate and content of SOD are detected in culture medium. Results : The saponin of 100μ mol/L could opposes the effect of H2O2, as well as increase the survival rate and content of SOD. Conclusion : Dwarf lilyturf tuber could promote chondrocyte proliferation, product of NO and cell phcnotype expresslion.
