邯峰电厂2×660MW机组锅炉燃烧系统选型分析

摘要 邯峰电厂的建设原则是要多烧无烟煤,以充分利用当地丰富的无烟煤资源,解决滞销、积压的无烟煤出路问题。根据锅炉设计煤种的选取与确定,以及600MW等级“W”火焰锅炉设计方案的分析,选择了美国FW公司的660MW“W”火焰锅炉方案。本文介绍了该型锅炉的炉膛与燃烧器、磨煤机和给煤机,认为邯峰电厂2台660MW“W” The Hanfeng Thermal Power Plant is designed to burn anthracite as much as possible in an attempt to fully use the local abundant anthracite coal resources,so as to solve overstocking problem of such unsalable coal.Based upon the selection and determination of designed coal,as well as design scheme analysis of 600 MW class boilers with “W” flame,the scheme of 660 MW “W” flame boilers made by US Foster Wheeler Energy International Inc. is opted.This paper introduces the furnance,burners,coal pulverizers and coal feeders for such type boilers,and holds that the determination of type selection and design of combustion system for two 660 MW “W” flame boilers of Hanfeng Thermal Power Plant is made after being fully verified and carefully considered.
