CT引导下经皮激光气化减压术联合臭氧盘外靶点注射治疗巨大型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的:分析应用经皮激光气化减压术联合臭氧盘外靶点注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法:回顾性分析2005年6月至2006年12月间因腰椎间盘突出症住院采用激光气化联合臭氧盘外靶点注射治疗病人233例,椎间盘内应用激光气化减压,设定激光总能量为1500J,椎间盘外应用靶点突出物臭氧注射,注入40μg/ml臭氧10 ml.结果:所有病例随访3~18月,平均11.62±2.67月,手术临床效果经自身配对t检验有显著性差异(t=-19.28,P<0.05),手术临床效果优良率是93.56%.结论:激光气化联合臭氧盘外靶点注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有扩大手术适应症、提高手术疗效的优势,是值得推广利用的较好方法. Objective: To analyze curative effect of percutaneous laser disc discompression (PLDD) and target point injection outside disc curing lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: A retrospective study were carried out from June 2005 to December 2006, and 233 lumbar disc herniation cases were operated by PLDD and target point injection outer disc (233cases), using PLDD to cut down the pressure inside disc, the total energy of laser is about 1500J, and using target point injection outside disc, about 10ml ozone of 40mg/ml is injected. The clinical result were evaluated after operation. Results: All cases of clinical been followed up from 3 months to 18 months, average (11.62 ± 2.67) months. All cases been successfully operated, the fineness rate is 93.56%. Conclusions: PLDD and target point injection outside disc curing lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is a better operation way that can enlarge the indication and improve the clinical curative effect, and it should be spreaded in clinic.
