摘要
目的分析评价对大学生进行营养教育的效果。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,在营养教育组(以下简称教育组)实施一个学期的营养教育。用自行设计的知信行问卷,分别在营养教育实施前后进行基线调查和终期调查。结果通过营养教育,教育组知信行有明显改变,而对照组无变化;两个组比较,教育组的知信行显著改善。结论对大学生进行营养教育效果显著,操作方便,可行性强。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nutrition education on college students. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to an education group and a control group, and nutrition education was conduct to education group for a semester. Before and after the education, an KAP questionnaire designed by ourselves was carried out as baseline and terminate survey. Results After nutrition education, the nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice of education group had made great improvement, while the control group had no change. Compared to control group, the KAP of education group had notable improvement. Conclusion To carry out nutrition education on college students can get obvious effect, it is convenient and of strong feasibility to conduct.
