摘要
本文介绍广州造纸股份有限公司新购进的一台宽幅、高速、大型的现代化纸机的设备配置概况,该纸机规格是网宽10.2 m,抄宽为9.6 m,设计车速为2000 m/min,运行车速1800 m/min,以全废纸脱墨浆为浆料,生产新闻纸,年产量为40万t。将是国内产量最大的生产新闻纸的纸机之一。纸机的主体设备有:稀释水流浆箱,高速夹网成形器,两道直通式靴式压榨,单挂排列烘缸的干燥部,两道软压光,卷取机,母纸卷运输车,复卷机等。还有包卷系统、自动化设施。全套纸机设备和有关设施都是由芬兰美卓公司提供的。
This paper intrduces a newly-bought wide width, high speed, large scale, modern paper machine in Guangzhou Paper Co. Ltd. The paper machine is characterized by 10.2m of wire width, 9.6m of sheet width, 2000m/min of design speed, 1800m/min of operating speed. Using 100% waste paper deinked pulp as furnish, the machine produces newsprint with an annual prodution of 400000t. It is one of the largest newsprint paper machines in China. The main equipment includes; diluted water headbox, high speed twin-former, two straight way shoe presses, a drying section with single row dryers, two soft calenders, winding machine, reel vehicle, rewinder as well as reel packing system, automation facility, etc. The whole set equipment of paper machine and the related facilies are provided by Metso, Finland.
