喜炎平治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨喜炎平静脉点滴治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法2006年8月至2006年12月于吉安市妇幼保健院儿科住院部的秋季腹泻患儿148例,分为治疗组80例和对照组68例。在液体疗法、微生态制剂,保护肠道粘膜屏障功能的基础上,喜炎平组予喜炎平针剂1-2mg/Kg.d,加入液体静脉点滴每天1次。对照组予病毒唑针剂10~15 mg/Kg.d静脉点滴,每天1次,3天为1个疗程。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为67.5%(54/68).和95%(76/80),对照组分别为44.1%(30/68)和73.5%(50/68)。两组显效率比较差异有显著性意义,总有效率比较差异有非常显著的意义。结论喜炎平治疗小儿秋季腹泻能缩短疗程,提高疗效,值得推广。
