摘要
研究了两种真空热处理条件(653K,3.5h和1223K,1h)对用机械合金化(MA)法制得的Ti65Ni35非晶合金电化学行为的影响。发现低温热处理后的合金在较大的放电速率下仍然有比较大的容量,同时具有较长的寿命。用电化学方法测定了两种条件热处理后的合金比表面积,发现低温热处理后的合金具有较大的比表面积。认为两种条件热处理后的合金,其循环寿命的差别在于材料的膨胀程度和晶界数目的差别。
The influence of two different vaccum heat treatment conditions(653K,3.5h and 1223K,lh) on the elecrochemical behavior of amorphous Ti 65 Ni 35 alloy prepared by mechanical alloying(MA) is investigated. It is found that Ti 65 Ni 35 alloy annealed at low temperature has larger discharge capacity even at larger discharge rate, and also has longer charge discharge cycle life. The specific surface of the alloy annealed under two different conditions is studied by electrochemical method. It is found that the alloy annealed at low temperature has larger specific surface. The difference of the cycle life between the alloy annealed under two conditions is attributed to the difference of the material expansion and the grain boundary numbers.
