超超临界锅炉P92钢焊接工艺及组织性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过试验和施工实践总结了P92钢焊接工艺的技术要点及焊接工艺,并对焊接接头的组织和性能进行了研究。P92钢具有良好的抗高温氧化和抗蠕变性能。合理的焊接工艺,可以保证焊接接头的性能与母材相同。600℃高温抗拉强度达到347 MPa,电子探针线扫描显示,化学成分均匀。 In this paper, we generalize welding technology gist by test and experience, welding process has an effect on structure and performance of P92 steel. Steel P92 has fine capability in high temperature and creep resistance. With logical welding procedure, can ensure welding joint having same performance with basal body. Hot tensile strength reached 347 MPa at 600 ℃. Chemical constituent revealed uniformity by electron probe X - ray microanalysis.
