摘要
在分析原有实验装置中使用的机械式记录仪缺陷的基础上,介绍了无纸记录仪在温度实验装置上的应用实例。重点论述了无纸记录仪的选型原则、串级控制方案的实现以及RS-485的组网技术。实践表明无纸记录仪的应用提高了实验装置的自动化水平和易用性,降低了实验费用,取得了预期效果。
On the base of analyzing the shortcoming of mechanical recorder used in the original lab device, an application example of paperless recorder in temperature experimental equipment was described. The principle of paperless recorder selection, the realization of cascade control and the built-up RS-485 communication network were discussed. The practical result shows that the paperless recorder can improve the automation level and availability, reduce the experimental cost and obtain satisfactory experimental effect.
