摘要 往复泵由于结构及工作特点,工作中必然产生流量和压力脉动,降低泵的性能,缩短泵和管路的使用寿命。借助空气室气体可压缩和膨胀的特点,可以减小管路中流量脉动。采用AMESim这一模块化建模平台,对往复泥浆泵液力端进行建模,在模型中对影响空气室性能的关键因素进行仿真与优化,为空气室的设计和匹配提供了新方法和依据。 The structure and working characteristic of reciprocating mud pump leads to flux and pressure pulse, the performance of pump reduced, the longevity of pump and pipeline shorten. Under the help of the traits of condensable and inflatable for air room, the flux pulse in pipeline can be minished. The blocking model platform AMESim was used to establish model for the liquid end of reciprocating mud pump, in which simulation and optimization was carried out on the key facts of air room performance, providing a new method and suggestions for the design and matching of air room.
