摘要
目的探讨改良“Cuff”技术联合缝合法用于建立小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的可行性。方法供心头臂干与受体颈总脉采用端—端吻合法吻合,供心肺动脉与受体颈外静脉采用改良“Cuff”技术(“袖套法”血管吻合术)吻合,进行小鼠颈部异位心脏移植40次。结果供心术中缺血时间30-35 min,复跳率100%,小鼠7 d存活率97.50%。结论改良“Cuff”技术联合缝合法用于建立小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型方法,简单实用,便于单人操作,小鼠存活率高。
[ Objective ] To explore the feasibility of improved cuff and suture technique of cervical heterotopie heart transplantation in mouse. [ Methods ] By modifying Matsuura's method and using the cuff technique, the recipient' s external jugular vein with pulmonary aorta vere connected with a 22G cuff. The brachiocephalic trunk of the donor heart , the right common carotid artery of the recipient were anastomosed with the end - to - end interrupted suture technique. We had heart transplantation 40 times. [ Results] The total ischeamic time of the graft was 30 - 35min and the 7 d survival rate of the recipient was 97. 50%. [ Conclusion] Cervical heart transplantation with improved "cuff" and suture technique in mouse is easy and practical, can increase the survival rate .
