摘要
利用高能超声成功地制备了Al2O3/ZA22复合材料,其中Al2O3颗粒的最小粒径为0.5μm。通过对其显微组织分析与力学性能的测试,笔者发现,采用高能超声制备的复合材料具有致密的组织和颗粒的均匀分布,材料的力学性能与颗粒的体积含量关系较大,而与其粒度关系不明显。
Al 2O 3/ZA22 composites have been successfully prepared by utilizing the high intensity ultrasonic,among them the smallest diameter of Al 2O 3 particles are 0 5 micrometer.The results obtained by the microstructure analysis and examination of mechanical properties revealed that the composites prepared by high intensity ultrasonic have compact structure and homogeneous distribution of particles,the mechanical properties of the composites are closely related to the volume fraction of Al 2O 3 paritcles,but the diameter of the particles has no appreciable effect on it.
