摘要
介绍了巨磁阻抗效应(GMI)的来源,综述了它和样品的磁各向异性、驱动电流的频率、样品的电导率及厚度的关系,并简要介绍了它的应用。
The origin and characteristics of giant magneto - impedance (GMI) effect in softmagnetic ribbons or wires and its applications were discussed in this paper. GMI effect results from the cbange of permeability of a soft magnetic specimen when an external mag- netic field was applied and has a close relation with the magnetic anisotropy, the conductivity, the shape of the specimen as well as the drive current frequency. Specimen with GMI effect can be used as high sensitive field sensor, etc.
