摘要
有限元分析结论表明锭模应力场与温度场存在明显的对应关系。本文借助该关系提出了用温度场分析锭模寿命的简便方法,并据此分析了锭模结构对锭模寿命的影响。
Corresponding relationships between the temperature field and stress field in ingot mold was revealed by FEM analysis. Based on the corresponding relationships simple method for analysis of ingot mold Life was proposed. In addition,the influence of ingot mold geometry on the ingot mold life was studied.
