摘要
实验选用早孕人工流产蜕膜组织进行体外培养,观察钙调素桔抗剂——氯丙嗪(CP)和Ca2+整合剂——EGTA对蜕膜细胞形态和活力的影响。结果表明:高于20μmol/L的CPZ或高于2mmol/L的EGTA均可明显改变蜕膜细胞的形态,并对其活力产生显著的抑制作用。CPZ或EGTA浓度越大,抑制作用越明显。EGTA可增强CPZ对蜕膜细胞活力的抑制作用。由此推测,Ca2+-CaM激酶系统可能直接参与子宫蜕膜的发育与维持,这可能是CaM桔抗剂抗早孕的机理之一。
By means of cell culture technique, the effect of calmodulin antagonist - chlorpromazin hy-drochloridi (CPZ) and calcium chelate - EGTA on the rnorphology and viability of hurnan decidualcells was studied. The morphology of the cells was greatly changed and the viability was significantly inhibited when the of decidual cells were preincubated with CPZ (≥20μmol/L) or /and EG-TA (≥2mmol/L) for a certain tirne. The higher the concentration and the longer the time was, the more significant inhibition was. The presence of EGTA could obviously enhance the inhibitionof CPZ on the viability of decidual cells. The results suggest that Ca2+- CaM system rnay be bi-rectly involved in the decidual development and maintainance.
