摘要
本文提出一种提高气相色谱检测灵敏度的新方法-柱头瞬间加压法,探讨对不同化合物在不同加压时间和加压速率条件下对提高灵敏度的影响。实验结果表明,在现有仪器允许的操作范围内,该方法可以使被分析的样品检测灵敏度提高6-7倍。
A new method characterized by rapid stress on inlet of the column was developed to improve the determination sensitivity of gas chromatography with flame ionization detector. The influence of the compounds, the stress duration, and the stress velocity were investigated on improvement of the determination. The results proved that the sensitivity could be increased by 6 -7 times in the operation condition of the instrument.
