摘要
通过对问题管理的概念、发展与应用进行综述,得出结论:问题管理作为一门实践的学科,一种带有超前性的战略,体现的是全生命周期管理的思想,在以往项目管理中其潜在的作用被低估了。之后结合实践,从问题管理角度对合资医院项目的问题进行了分析。问题管理提供了项目管理中预防风险的一种可选的管理思路与方式。
Based on the literature review of issues management, conclusion has been drew that issue management is practical knowledge and predictive strategy and whole life management thought. The function of issues management has been low evaluated in past, Then after the approach of project investigation, issues of Sino - foreign joint venture hospital project have been found and analyzed. Issues management provides an alternative approach to crisis management of projects.
