摘要
为了提高液压系统控制精度,将传统的电液伺服控制方式改为数控液压伺服控制方式。充分利用先进的计算机技术,采用PLC控制步进电机,不仅能够满足数控液压系统的快速性和可靠性要求,而且大大降低了成本。
In order to increase the control precision of hydraulic system, numeral control hydraulic servo system was adopted instead of traditional electro-hydraulic servo control system. By using PLC to control stepping motor, the rapidity and reliability of numeral control hydraulic system was realized, the cost was reduced.
