电流法在钛合金振动攻丝中的参数优化研究

摘要 采集伺服电机的电流信号,并对电流信号的幅值大小及波动情况进行分析,实现了应用电流法在钛合金小深孔振动攻丝中方便、快捷地选取合理参数。试验表明,此种方式优化参数便捷、所需设备少,便于企业推广应用,并且采用所选取的参数进行M1.6-M3的螺纹振动攻丝试验,丝锥寿命提高1倍以上,攻丝效率提高50%以上。 The choice of the practical parameters of vibration tapping of titanium alloy conveniently and fast was realized by collecting electric current signal of servo motor and analyzing its peak value and fluctuant range. Experiment shows that this way of optimizing vibration tapping parameter is quick and simple and easy to popularize in enterprise. M1.6 to M3 tapping experiments were done by the chosen parameters and the results indicate that the life of cutting tools double and efficiency increase by more than 50%.
