摘要
农用地是农民赖以生存的最基本的生产资料,它直接关系到农民的切身利益和农业的发展,关系到农村社会的稳定乃至中华民族伟大复兴,对下辽河平原区农用土地实行规模化利用是实施农村社会可持续发展战略的重要措施和根本保证。通过对下辽河平原区的实地调研和资料的收集,对影响下辽河平原区农用地规模化利用的5个主要限制性因素进行分析评价,为下一步建立下辽河平原区农用地规模化利用的运作机制,实施农用地规模化利用奠定基础。图1,表5,参6。
farmland is the most essential production base for farmers to survive. It directly relates to the benefits of farmers and development of agriculture and to stabilize of the society and realize great revival of our country. Carrying out scale utilization of farmland in the lower Liaohe plain is an important measure and radical guarantee, This article analyses and appraises five main restrictive factors that influence scale utilization of farmland in the lower Liaohe plain through investigation and collection of datum in that area to settle a foundation for establishing mechanism and bringing into effect of scale utilization of farmland in the lower Liaohe plain.
