摘要
合成了四种N-取代烷基异喹啉季铵盐,并用极化电阻、极化曲线和电化学阻抗法研究了它们的缓蚀性能。结果表明,N-取代烷基异喹啉季铵盐通过几何覆盖效应起缓蚀作用,具有较好的缓蚀效率,在铁表面上的吸附符合Brockis-Swinkel等温式。四种N-取代烷基异喹啉季铵盐以平卧形式吸附于金属表面,每个分子在金属表面吸附时分别取代8、10、12、12个水分子。在低浓度时,缓蚀性能随链长的增加而增加。
Four kinds of N-substituted alkyl-isoquinoline quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized and inhibitions of them were studied by polarization resistance method, polarization curve and electrochemical impedance method. Results indicated that those compounds, acted as geometric cover inhibitor, had good inhibition efficiencies. The adsorption of them on Fe surface coincided with Boickris-Swinkel isothermic equation. They adsorbed on the metal surface in planar form and each of their molecules could substitute 8, 10, 12 and 12 H2O molecules respectively. The inhibition increased with the length of substituting group under low concentration.
