摘要
企业是以项目为中心的扁平化组织结构,项目经理在企业中的地位非常重要。通过对项目经理进行工作分析,建立起项目经理的绩效指标体系,并运用模糊综合评判法建立项目经理的绩效评价数学模型,促使评价结果更为客观。
Project is the center of the organization structure of high-tech company,so project manager is very important for the company.Performance index system for project manager is established by job analysis.Then apply the fuzzy evaluating method to appraising the performance of project manager so that the result is more objective.
