资源依赖、网络中心度与多方联盟构建——基于产业电子商务平台的实证研究 被引量:24

Resource Dependence,Network Centrality and Multi-Party Alliance Construction: An Empirical Research of Industry-sponsored E-marketplaces

摘要 以资源依赖理论和社会网络理论为依据,以产业电子商务平台为实证背景,深入分析了影响企业加入多方联盟的决定因素。实证研究表明,企业是否加入多方联盟主要受2方面因素的影响:资源依赖和网络结构中心度。企业对新联盟的资源依赖程度越高,在社会网络中的中心度越高,其加入多方联盟的概率越大。这种经济考虑和社会考虑同时存在,共同作用于企业的战略抉择。 The theories of resource dependence and social network were used to empirically exam ine the factors influening the focal firms' joining the multi-party alliances against the industry-sponsored e-marketplaces (ISMs). The results show that the decision of the joining is mainly influenced by two factors: resource dependency and structural centrality in the social network. The higher the resource dependence of a focal firm on the multi-party alliance, the higher its structural centrality in the network, the more likely it will join the multi-party alliance. Thus, both economic and social considerations exist, which influence the strategic choices of focal firms jointly.
