摘要
分析了基层情报机构信息资源的现状,提出了开发利用信息资源及实现信息资源共建共享的对策和措施,以提高基层情报机构服务能力。
Through analysis of present situation of information resources in the grass-root information organization, the measures of developing and utilizing information resources and realizing information resources＇ joint construction and sharing were put forward, so as to improve the service capacity of the grass-root information organization.
