摘要
随着高速公路建设的快速发展,高速公路交通安全问题越来越受到人们的关注。高速公路的设计应坚持"安全、环保、舒适、和谐"的设计理念;体现"以人为本,安全至上"的指导思想,必须在道路的规划设计各个阶段诸如公路几何设计等方面重视安全因素,从而在道路设计上可以有效地控制未来事故的发生,达到安全性、舒适性、愉悦性的和谐统一。
With the rapid highway development, highway safety problem has an increasing concern. Highway design should insist on safe, environmental, comfortable and harmonious ideas, reflect user friendly and safe theories, focus on safety factors during each aspect of highway planning and design, in order to effectively control traffic accident and realize safe, comfortable and pleasant highway traveling.
