摘要
目的:评价云南白药对比格犬牙龈炎的治疗作用。方法:12只符合条件的比格犬随机分为云南白药组和空白对照组。2组动物分别用浸有1.23g/L云南白药溶液或生理盐水的棉球敷于牙龈治疗,1min/次,2次/d,持续14d。在给药前和末次给药后24h分别盲法对动物的菌斑(P),牙龈炎症状(G)和炎性浸润(INF)评分。结果:空白对照组动物的P、G、INF没有显著性差异(P>0.1),云南白药组动物的各评分指标均有显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论:云南白药可抑制比格犬牙龈炎菌斑形成,减轻牙龈炎症状和炎细胞的聚集。实验结果提示云南白药可能对临床牙龈炎有一定治疗作用。
Objective：To test the effects of Yunnan Baiyao on beagle dogs with gingivitis. Methods： 12 chosen beagle dogs were randomly distributed into two groups： control group and Yunnan Baiyao group. Normal saline （control group） or 1.23 g/L Yunnan Baiyao solution was applied on the dogs＇teeth twice daily for 14 days. At day 0 and day 15, the scores for plaque （P）, gingivitis （G） and inflammatory infiltrate （INF） were evaluated blindly. Results： P, G, and INF did not show any alteration in control group （P 〉0.1 ）, while in Yunnan Baiyao group, there were significant reductions in all scores （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yunnan Baiyao inhibited plaque formation, abated existing gingivitis and inflammatory cells aggregation in beagle dogs. The present results suggested that Yunnan Baiyao may be a good option for the treatment of gingivitis.
