摘要
目的:对茄科植物酸浆(Physalis alkekeng L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino)果实的化学成分进行研究。方法:用体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液对锦灯笼果实加热回流提取,回收溶剂,浓缩,按药液:水(1:1)的比例混悬,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,薄层检识,取石油醚层和氯仿层经进行硅胶柱层析,采用石油醚-丙酮溶剂系统进行梯度洗脱,重结晶;共分离得到5个化合物;根据其理化性质及波谱学分析数据,鉴定化学结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,其中1个为脂肪醇(Ⅰ),另4个为甾醇类化合物,鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、4,7-二脱氢新酸浆苦素B(Ⅲ)、酸浆苦素P(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)。结论:查阅文献可知,其中β-谷甾醇、4,7-二脱氢新酸浆苦素B和酸浆苦素P首次从锦灯笼果实中分离得到。
Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the frult of Physalis alkekeng L. var. franchetii （ Mast. ） Makino. Methods ： The extraction from the fruit of Physalis alkekeng L. var. franchetii （ Mast. ） Makino with 70% EtOH are successively extracted with p. e. , CHCl3, EtOAc and n - hexane. The p.e. and CHCl3 layers are isolated by the silica gel column with p.e. - acetone as eluant. Five compounds are isolated, and their structures are identified according to the spectral analysis and physicochemical characters. Results： Five compounds were separated and identified as four sterol and one. They are fat（ Ⅰ ） ,β - sitosterol（ Ⅱ ） ,4,7 - didehydroneophysalin B（ Ⅲ ）, physalin P （Ⅳ） and daucosterol（ Ⅴ ）.
