摘要
目的:对茄科植物酸浆(Physalis alkekeng L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino)果实的化学成分进行研究。方法:用体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液对锦灯笼果实加热回流提取,回收溶剂,浓缩,按药液:水(1:1)的比例混悬,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,薄层检识,取石油醚层和氯仿层经进行硅胶柱层析,采用石油醚-丙酮溶剂系统进行梯度洗脱,重结晶;共分离得到5个化合物;根据其理化性质及波谱学分析数据,鉴定化学结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,其中1个为脂肪醇(Ⅰ),另4个为甾醇类化合物,鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、4,7-二脱氢新酸浆苦素B(Ⅲ)、酸浆苦素P(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)。结论:查阅文献可知,其中β-谷甾醇、4,7-二脱氢新酸浆苦素B和酸浆苦素P首次从锦灯笼果实中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the frult of Physalis alkekeng L. var. franchetii ( Mast. ) Makino. Methods : The extraction from the fruit of Physalis alkekeng L. var. franchetii ( Mast. ) Makino with 70% EtOH are successively extracted with p. e. , CHCl3, EtOAc and n - hexane. The p.e. and CHCl3 layers are isolated by the silica gel column with p.e. - acetone as eluant. Five compounds are isolated, and their structures are identified according to the spectral analysis and physicochemical characters. Results: Five compounds were separated and identified as four sterol and one. They are fat( Ⅰ ) ,β - sitosterol( Ⅱ ) ,4,7 - didehydroneophysalin B( Ⅲ ), physalin P (Ⅳ) and daucosterol( Ⅴ ).
