日本松干蚧精子形成过程的初步研究

摘要 日本松干蚧[Matsucoccus matsumurae (Kuwana)]精子形成过程可分为球核期,微管形成期及成熟期等三个连续的阶段。球核期精核为球形,核内染色质呈常态分布。微管形成期由一微管形成中心形成微管套,将精核套入其内。微管套由单层无序变为多层有序排列,微管套不断伸长。成熟期微管伸长停止,染色质开始凝聚,由小颗粒到大颗粒,最后呈一高电子密度的精核。 The spermiogenesis of Matsucoccus matsumurae can be divided into three serial phases, that is. spherical nuclear phase, microtubules formation phase, and maturation phase. In the spherical nuclear phase, nuelears are spherical shaped, with normal spread chromatin. In the microtubular formation phase,there appears a microtubular formation center, which forms microtubular manchette. With the longitation of sperms, the nuclear chromatin is inserted into the microtubular manchette. In the maturation phase, the nuclear chromatin is getting denser and denser, and becomes highly condensed core with high electronic density at last.
