摘要
济南以"泉城"著称于世,水对济南有着重要而特殊的意义。然而,由于污染物的大量排放,济南市区水环境遭到了严重的破坏。现在分析目前济南市区水环境概况及存在的主要问题的基础上,提出建设"水清、景美、生态、安全、和谐"的水环境目标,进而主张通过积极地进行污水处理及污水资源化,并建设黄河生态水系、小清河生态水系、泉城风貌带景观水系等3大水系,实现人与自然的和谐统一,把济南建设成最适合人类居住的生态园林城市。
Water is important and special for Jinan, well known as ＂the City of Springs＂. However, urban water environment of the city has been seriously spoiled due to large amounts of pollutant emission. After andlysing present situation and problems of urban water environment of the city, it is suggested that the water environment should be constructed water-cleaned, scene-beautiful, ecological, safe and harmonious, the ecological water systems of the Huanghe（yellow） and Xiaoping rivers and the scenic water system of the sightseeing zone of the city should be set up,while sewage should be actively dealt with and made good use of, so as to realiye the harmony and unity of human beings and nature, and to make Jinan one of the most inhabitable, ecological and gardenized cities.
