摘要
目的研究生姜挥发油对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉反复缺血再灌注模型,化学比色法测定脑组织Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与假手术组比较,模型对照组小鼠脑组织Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性降低(P<0.01),SOD活性与MDA含量无明显变化。生姜挥发油能显著升高全脑缺血再灌注模型小鼠脑组织Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶和SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论生姜挥发油对缺血再灌注脑组织损伤的保护作用机制与增强ATP酶活性和抗氧化有关。
Objective To study the protection of essential oil of fresh ginger against cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury (CIRI). Methods Mouse CIRI models were established by ligating bilateral common carotid artery. The activity of Na^+, K^+-ATPase, Ca^2+- ATPase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected by chemical colorimetric assay. Results As compared with sham operation group, the activity of Na^+ , K^+-ATPase and Ca2^+-ATPase in model control group decreased significantly (P〈0.01), but there was no obvious change in activity of SOD and content of MDA. Volatile oil of fresh ginger could increase the activity of Na^+, K^+-ATPase, Ca^2+-ATPase and SOD and decrease the content of MDA significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion Essential oil of fresh ginger has protective effect against CIRI by enhancing the activity of ATPaze and resisting oxidation.
