摘要
欧美国家血友病患者接受血友病治疗中心提供的综合关怀,在医疗资源利用效率及对生存率方面的作用优于其他模式,并发症发生率及死亡率降低,人均寿命及生活质量提高。目前我国没有形成全国血友病综合关怀网络系统,多数血友病中心还没有组成多学科团队和提供综合关怀,而且缺少适合中国国情的血友病治疗、护理与康复指南和健康教育材料。
In western developed countries, patients with hemophilia receive holistic care in Hemophilia Treatment Centre （HTC）. This model has been proved to be beneficial to make full use of medical resources,increase survival rate, reduce complications and mortality rate,improve patients＇ quality and quantity of llfe. In China, there is still no national network for patients with hemophilia. Most of the Hemophilia Treatment Centre lack of multi - discipline team,holistic care,guidelines for treatment,care and rehabilitation and health education materials suitable to Chinese patients with hemophilia.
