摘要
为适应护理学科发展,从93级开始在中等护理专业增设护理论断课程。课程内容分护理诊断和常见症状护理诊断两部分,共32学时。教学方法以教员讲授为主,辅以启发,师生角色扮演。共计231人参加考试,书写护理计划正确率80%;闭卷考试(80.58±8.26)分,其中理解性试题丢分率96.65%,记忆性试担丢分率87.87%.经X2检验,P<0.01。学员加深了对护理工作内函的了解,提高了学员的专业素质。通过实践揭示还须加强和改进理解性内容的教学。
TO suit the development of nursing science, from the Grade 93. we started to add 《Diagno sis for Nursing》into the course for nursing specialty. The course included two parts: nursing diagnosis and nursing diagnosis for common symptoms, covering 32 credit for The teaching mainly involved lecturing,comhined with role play. 231 persons took the examination for the course.80% of them can correctly write the nursing Plan. The average test score was (80. 58 ± 8.26), 96.65% of the students failed with the question which involved understanding and the 87-87% of the students failed with questions requiring memorizng (P<0 .01, X2). After taking the course, the students had a better understanding of the nurs ingwork, and the knowledge and skills were improved. The instrution of content which entails Under standing need to be improved.
