摘要
目的:为尺动脉肌间隙穿支皮瓣移植提供解剖学基础。方法:在14侧红色乳胶灌注的成人上肢标本上,解剖观测尺动脉肌间隙穿支的支数、外径、走行、分支和分布。6侧上肢动脉铸型标本作对照观察。结果:尺动脉肌间隙穿支距肱骨内上髁下方(9.2±0.2)cm起自尺动脉,沿指浅屈肌与尺侧腕屈肌之间走行,穿肌间隙和深筋膜,与前臂其他皮支呈弓形吻合。干长(1.9±0.2)cm,外径(0.8±0.2)mm。结论:以尺动脉肌间隙穿支为蒂的前臂近中段皮瓣,可用于修复前臂及手部软组织缺损。
Objective: To provide anatomic basis for transposition of vascularized ulnar mesio-forearm flap. Methods: The number, diameter, course, branches and distribution of intermuscular branches of ulnar artery were observed and measured on 14 adult cadaveric upper limb specimens perfused with red latex and 6 upper limb vascular castings. Results: Below the medial epicondyle point (9.2±0.2) cm, intermuscular branches of ulnar artery originated from ulnar artery and coursed between flexor digitorum superficialis and flexor carpi ulnaris and perforated from intermuscle and deep fascia and anastomosed with some other cutaneous branches in the forearm with arch form. The main stem was about (1.9±0.2) cm in length and (0.8±0.2) man in diameter. Conclusions: Ulnar mesio-forearm flap pedicled with intermuscular branch of ulnar artery can be transferred to repair soft tissue defect of forearm and hand precisely
