摘要
为控制纯钨粉中杂质元素的指标,准确测定其中痕量元素砷和锡的含量十分必要。采用分离钨酸沉淀,以镍作基体改进剂,可提高灰化温度和原子化温度,选择纯钨粉样品进行试验,测定砷和锡的相对标准偏差分别是6.84%和3.93%。选择砷和锡标准溶液加入纯钨粉样品中进行回收率试验,其回收率结果:砷为91.0%~100.2%,锡为93.0%~100.8%。结果表明,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定纯钨粉中痕量砷和锡,方法可靠,简单快速。
In order to control impurities content in pure tungsten powder, it is important to determine trace As and Sn in pure tungsten powder. By separating tungsten acid settling, the ashized and atomized temperature can be enhanced when Ni is used as matrix modifier. It is determined to select the pure tungsten powder sample, the relative standard deviation of As is 6.84% and Sn is 3.93%. The percent recovery of As is 91.0%-100.2% and Sn is 93.0%-100.8%. The results show that it is simple and quick to determine trace As and Sn in pure tungsten powder using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
