摘要
利用质子交换MgO∶LiNbO3平板波导研究了对近红外半导体激光器的切伦科夫倍频特性,实现了对956nm和804nm半导体激光器的直接倍频,得到了478nm的倍频蓝光和402nm的倍频紫光输出。在基频导模功率小于1mW的低入射功率下,倍频光功率的估算值约在0.1μW和0.01μW之间。
Using the proton exchanged MgO∶LiNbO 3 planar optical waveguides,the characters of Cerenkov second harmonic generation of infrared laser diodes were studied,the direct frequency doubling of 956nm and 804nm laser diodes were realized and 478nm blue and 402nm violet light are generated.Under the low fundamental guide wave power of about 1mW,the estimated values of the output powers of the harmonic waves are in the order of 0.1μW to 0.01μW.At last,the experimental results and the problems in our experiment are discussed.
