摘要
为了研制有效打击坚固目标的串联随进式攻坚武器,设计并制作了能形成聚能杆式弹丸的新型聚能装药,对混凝土和钢筋混凝土进行侵彻试验。试验结果表明:扁平型和尖顶型聚能装药都能对混凝土靶和钢筋混凝土墙产生一定的侵彻效果,并形成具有较大直径的侵彻孔。相比之下,尖顶型装药对目标的侵彻破坏能力更强,能贯穿80cm厚的钢筋混凝土墙,为后级战斗部的顺利侵入提供了通道。相同的聚能装药在同等试验条件下对圆柱形混凝土靶和钢筋混凝土墙的表面破坏效果差异较大,说明钢筋网和靶体边界效应在侵彻中起重要作用。
In order to develop a tandem following-through warhead that can effectively penetrate a firm work,a new shaped charge is devised and made,it can produce rod-shaped projectile and experiments of penetrating concrete and reinforce concrete are conducted.Experimental results indicate that the flat and ogival shaped charges can destroy concrete and reinforce concrete to some extent and penetration cavities with bigger diameter are formed.Compared with flat shaped charge,the penetration ability of the ogival shaped charge is stronger.It can breakthrough the C35 reinforce concrete wall of thick of 80 cm and provide the following-through warhead intruding with a channel.When the same shaped charge warheads penetrate cylindrical concrete targets and a reinforce concrete wall in the same test condition,the damage effects of their surface are different.This illuminates that the reinforcing fabric net and boundary effect of targets play an important role in penetration.
