摘要
本文就黑龙江省信息化建设所取得的成果和成功作法及基本发展状况做客观的描述,对全省以政务信息化工程、农业信息化工程、企业信息化工程等领域的建设,全力打造建设新农村信息化和有利于广大农村信息化发展的相关政策等做了分析,对促进全省信息化基础环境建设和信息化社会环境建设,加速边远信息化贫乏区域信息化建设进程和区域间协调发展做了论述。
This paper probes into the achievement, effective measures and development status of informationization construction in Heilongjiang province and analyzes informationizafion construction in the areas of government, agriculture and enterprise. Meanwhile, it analyzes some policies that will benefit informationization development in rural area and discusses how to construct basic environment and social environment so as to advance informationization construction in rural area and harmonious development of areas.
