大黄牡丹汤对实验性结肠炎小鼠模型的治疗作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨大黄牡丹汤对三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)诱导的小鼠实验性结肠炎的治疗作用及机理。方法采用TNBS法制作实验性结肠炎小鼠模型,给予大黄牡丹汤治疗,观察小鼠的一般状态、DAI评分和结肠组织学变化,并检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。结果大黄牡丹汤对TNBS结肠炎小鼠的一般状况及DAI评分有改善作用,并能缓解结肠局部的炎症,降低血清中TNF-α的水平。结论大黄牡丹汤对TNBS诱导的小鼠结肠炎有一定的防治作用,其机制可能与抑制TNF-α的分泌有关。 Objective To study the effect of Dahuang Mudan Decoction on experimental colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS)in mice and to explore its mechanism. Methods Mice colitis model was established by rectal administration of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid. Disease activity index (DAI)and histological scores were assessed, the serum level of TNF - α was detected by ELISA. Results Dahuang Mudan Decoction reduced DAI and histological scores in mice, and alleviate inflammation in colonic tissue. It also significantly decreased mice serum TNF - α level. Conclusions Dahuang Mudan Decoction shows positive therapeutic efficacy on mice colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid, and its mechanism may be involved in inhibiting the production of TNF -α.
