摘要
土地利用规划作为土地资源管理的重要组成部分,是对土地资源的开发、利用、治理和保护进行全面布局。土地整理规划是土地利用规划的重要内容之一,随着地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,简称GIS)技术的发展和土地整理工作的广泛开展,如何更全面、更有效的将GIS技术应用于土地整理中,提高土地整理工作质量,逐渐成为相关从业者关心和希望解决的问题。本文以江西省上饶县皂头、郑坊、尊桥等3个乡(镇)土地整理项目为例,探讨了地理信息系统技术在土地整理规划中的应用。通过项目区数字化图件的建立,实现了对空间数据和属性数据的有效管理;实现了对渠道和道路长度的自动统计和量算。
In China,land consolidation has contributed a lot to the realization of the rational disposition of land resource and to the improvement of the land use efficiency and the ecological environment.Meanwhile,land consolidation has caught increasingly concern in land use science research.To be the important part of Land resources management,Land usage programming is a completely distribution for Land resources be development,resource sing,managlng and protecting.Land consolidation programming is one of important parts of land usage programming. With the Geographic Information System (abbreviate GIS)development and land consolidation overall development,arrangement of work of technology,how be in an all-round way,a effective one apply GIS technology to the land consolidation ,the work quality of improving the land consolidation programming has become the problem that relevant professionals care about and hope to solve gradually. Taking Shangrao county of Jiangxi province as an example,the application of GIS technique in land consolidation programming has been discussed in the paper.Though setting'up of the digitized map of project district,it can manage spatial and attribute data effectively,and statistic and calculate the road length automaticly.
