摘要
本文观察了７９例ＣＨＤ患者和１２５例中老年对照者血液粘度中的ηｂ低切，ηｂ高切和ηｐ以及血脂中的ＨＤＬ－Ｃ和ＨＤＬ－Ｃ．ＴＣ。
The whole blood viscosity in high and low shear rate,the plasma viscosity,and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), the high density lipoprotein cholesterol/total cholesterol (HDL-C/TC)were observed in 79 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 125 middle-old aged controls. The resultsshowed that the blood viscositis present high viscous state and the blood lipoids present low HDL-C state inCHD. It was better negative correlation that only HDL-C were compared with the viscosity in low shear ratein control group. However,it was good negative correlation that all HDL-C and HDL-C/TC were comparedwith the viscosities in high and low shear rate in CHD. This suggests that the ingices were determined and thenegative correlation were observed at same time in clinic,which have more significant values to supplementarydiagnosed CHD and in the prediction of cardiovascular risk factor.
