摘要
对１９７５～１９９５年间４３例尿道下裂术后阴茎部尿道瘘修补术的三种手术方式进行比较。初期１７例的术式为三层缝合法，失败率为３５．２９％，１９８９年后采用瘘口周围皮瓣横形ＹＶ成形法２１例，成功率达９５．２４％，另５例采用带蒂阴囊皮瓣转移法全部成功。认为瘘口周围皮瓣横形ＹＶ成形法成功率高，手术简便，特别适用于阴茎部尿道瘘。
From 1975 to 1995,43 cases of penile fistula occurred after urethroplasty for hypospadias were surgically repaired.The 3 layer closure technique was carried out for the first 17 cases with a failure rate of 35.29%.The Y V skin flap technique was adopted in 21 cases since 1989 and the success rate went up to 95.24%.Scrotum pedicle island flap repair was carried out in 5 cases with success in all.The Y V skin flap technique was easy to carry out with a high success rate and was therefore recommended for the repair of penile urethral fistula.
