摘要
涂层刀具有效地解决了刀具材料的硬度和耐磨性越高而强度和韧性越低的矛盾。本文就涂层方法、涂层材料、涂前刀具处理以及涂层刀具合理使用等问题作了综述。
The problem that is the higher hardness and wear-resistance of cutter materials the lower strength and toughness of them is solved efficiently by the coated cutter. The coating method,coating materials,treatment of cutter before coating,the rational use of coated cutt ers,etc. are reviewed.
