摘要
用红外光谱法研究了磺酸盐清净剂的组成和结构,并以碳酸根官能团的红外光谱特征峰为依据,建立了磺酸盐清净剂碱值的预测模型,并与现行评定方法相关联,预测准确度较高,相对误差小于5%。
The composition and structure of sulfonate detergent were analyzed by means of infrared spectrometry. The model of predicting the TBN of sulfonate detergent was established through selecting the carbonate functional group as the characteristic peak of FT- IR spectra. Compared with the current evaluation methods, the relative error of this analytical method is less than 5%.
