摘要
对5个茶树品种的净光合和蒸腾速率进行比较分析,对光响应模型进行初步探讨。5个品种的蒸腾速率日变化均是单峰型,峰值出现的时间和变化幅度则存在极大差异;净光合速率出现单峰型和双峰型,单峰型在10:00达到峰值,双峰型则分别在8:00和14:00达到峰值。品种间的蒸腾速率和净光合速率差异程度,在不同时间段上是不同的。光响应拟合表明用SAS非线性拟合方法可以对光响应模型得到很好的拟合。
The net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ) and Transpiration rate ( Tr) as well as light response model of five tea cultivars were studied in this article. The results showed that there was one single peak in each Tr' s diurnal curve of five cultivars, but the peak value and its appearance varied among the five cultivars. For Pn, two peaks were observed in the diurnal curve of ' Yingshuang' cultivar, which occurred at 8:00 and 14:00 respectively, and only one peak was found in the other four cultivars respectively, and all occurred at 10:00. The differences of Pn and Tr between cultivars varied with the period of time. The Light saturation point (LSP) and Light compensation point (LCP) of tea cultivars were obviously affected by fitring hyperbola, fitting method, and choosing parameters. The NLINE method SAS was a good method to fitting light response model.
