摘要
该文针对中国大豆产业的现状,结合大豆本身营养功能,提出开发新型大豆复合型饮料,振兴中国大豆产业。同时综述了新型大豆复合型饮料研究现状。
Based on the actuality of soybean mdustry in China and integrated the nutrition and function of soybean, the new type soybean compound drinks was developed in this paper in order to boost the Chinese soybean industry. The present research status of new type soybean compound drinks was summarized at the same time.
