摘要
技术创新是一个文化问题。创新渗透文化。从创新思想的产生、创新活动过程到创新成果的社会接受各个方面都存在文化的浸润。在技术与文化的互动中形成的R&D文化的核心是促进R&D共同体和组织的知识共享,通过知识生产来创造社会的经济价值、生态价值和人文价值。为了促进技术创新文化学研究,应该建立文化研究范式和文化分析框架。
Technology innovation is a cultural problem. Innovation permeates culture. There is cultural permeation in the generation of innovation, course of innovation activity and social reception of innovation achievement; The core of R＆D culture which develops in the interaction between technology and culture is to promote the knowledge sharing of R＆D community and organization so that to produce social economic, ecological and human value through knowledge production. To improve the cultural studies of technology innovation, cultural research paradigm and cultural analytical frame should be set up.
