摘要
利用微波法提取技术(MAE)从陈皮中提取主要有效成分橙皮苷。考察了影响提取率的因素,包括提取溶剂浓度、微波加热温度、微波辐照时间、微波输出功率、液固比等。确定了最佳工艺:70%(v/v)甲醇为提取溶剂,微波输出功率550W,65℃,辐照14 m in,按25∶1(m l/g)的液固比,提取三次,橙皮苷提取率可达到2.40%。此外,将微波法提取橙皮苷与其它方法进行了比较,表明微波法提取工艺具有缩短提取时间且节省生产成本的优点。
Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) method was studied for the extraction of Hesperidin from the pericarpium citri reticulate. Several factors, such as the concentration of extraction solvent, MAE time, MAE temperature, microwave power and liquid/ solid ratios were investigated, and the optimal conditions were obtained. The extraction percentage of hesperidiin was obtained by 2. 40% , under 14 minutes extraction in 70% methanol water solvent at 65℃, and the liquid/solid ratios of 25:1 (ml/g). Furthermore, compared with the other extraction methods, the MAE was more timesaving and effective. The result indicated that the MAE method is fast, efficient and energy saving, which is useful for active compounds extration from orange peel.
